Marshmallow Tower-Brittany Lyle, Project Manager We have a client that needs a model of a tower. They have requested it be made out of marshmallows and spaghetti since it will have an Italian restaurant on one floor and a coffee café featuring smores’ on another floor.
The towers must be 12” x 12” wide and 2 to 3 feet high
The client needs this by 10:45 a.m. today (January 17, 2012)
You must provide the CEO (Mrs. Pinkston) with a list of materials you will need. In order to complete this project on time she must have this list between 8:00 a.m. and 8:15 a.m.
Attached is the project management quick reference guide, please use the steps in order to insure you complete your project with minimum changes. Remember everyone is part of the planning.
*Project Manager you are only to give advice, guidance, direction and resources when necessary.

What an awesome job everyone did on this project, I submitted the pictures to the client and he was blown away especially since you did not have much time. I have attached the pcitures you have take because now I would like for you to tell me what you thought of this probject and what got out of it.
Each team member that worked on this project must answer each question.
